Maintenance Engineer Intern – Mobile Phone Repair

About the role

Vivo Pakistan is seeking motivated interns to join its maintenance and after‑sales service team. This entry‑level position offers fresh Electrical Engineering graduates or senior students hands‑on experience in diagnosing and repairing mobile phones, while working under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive mobile phones from customers and distributors, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
• Perform detailed diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical issues in mobile devices.
• Study technical manuals, product specifications, and internal documentation to improve repair capabilities.
• Communicate repair status, timelines, and solutions clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation of all repair and service activities.
• Identify recurring device issues and provide feedback to engineering teams.
• Support service consultants during busy periods and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uphold service quality.

Required profile

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering (fresh graduate or student in 4th semester or above).
