Management Executive Pricing (Contractual Role)

About the role

The Management Executive Pricing will support the Product Pricing Function, focusing on commercial and financial analysis to enhance the company's profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies to optimize profitability while staying competitive.
• Set monthly prices for local crude oil/condensate from multiple E&P fields.
• Determine ex‑refinery prices for regulated petroleum products in line with policy guidelines.
• Present ex‑refinery prices for deregulated products to the Pricing Committee with supporting analysis.
• Update SAP Pricing Master for prices, margins, levies, premiums, and discounts.
• Coordinate with OGRA for settlement of refinery claims and audit processes.
• Prepare profitability reports for the marketing segment.
• Manage subscriptions to international price benchmarks and market studies.
• Support the development of the annual budget for pipeline, refinery, and marketing operations.
• Ensure compliance with OGRA regulations, Ministry of Energy guidelines, and sales agreements.

Required profile

• MBA, ACCA, or a 4‑year Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institute.
• Up to 8 years of experience in the oil & gas sector, preferably at a refinery or OMC, in finance or commercial roles.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
• Proficient use of SAP for pricing master data management.
