Management Trainee Officer – Customer Success (3‑Month Program)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for Customer Success to join our team in Lahore for a three‑month training program. The role is designed for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals who want to develop expertise in client onboarding, issue resolution and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Success team in managing client relationships and ensuring a positive experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and other channels promptly and professionally.
• Support onboarding by guiding clients through products, services and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and follow up in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Monitor feedback, escalate concerns and help prepare reports and presentations.
• Continuously learn company offerings to provide effective support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the shift 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and teamwork orientation.
