Management Trainee Officer – Sales & Business Development Manager – Karachi

About the role

EFU Life Assurance Ltd is seeking two full‑time, on‑site professionals for its Karachi Crescent Zone: a Management Trainee Officer in Sales and a Business Development Manager in Sales. Both positions will support the company’s growth by acquiring new customers, delivering life‑insurance solutions and expanding the client base.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer acquisition by learning and executing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to policy issuance.
• Develop and expand the customer base, building relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities, generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Conduct regular client meetings, follow up on leads and ensure high‑quality after‑sales service.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, claims handling and product training.
• Participate in sales planning, market analysis and performance reporting for the Karachi Crescent Zone.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to generate and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Finance or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome for the trainee role.
• Prior experience in sales, financial services or insurance is an advantage, especially for the Business Development Manager position.
