Manager AI Transformation & Data Analytics - Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Manager of AI Transformation & Data Analytics for our Finance function. The role sits at the intersection of finance, technology and data science, driving automation, AI‑enabled forecasting and advanced analytics across core finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central point for embedding AI, automation and analytics into FP&A, Pricing, Performance Management and Internal Controls, identifying high‑impact use cases.
• Design, develop and deploy AI/ML models for forecasting, scenario planning, pricing optimisation, anomaly detection and risk analytics.
• Build reusable data models, dashboards and self‑service analytics tools for finance teams.
• Own the design and continuous improvement of management reporting packs for the CFO and senior leadership.
• Drive automation of month‑end closing, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness and robust validation controls.
• Partner with finance sub‑functions to deliver ad‑hoc analyses and decision‑support insights.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of core finance operations such as accounting, FP&A, performance management, pricing and risk.
• Proven experience in applying AI, machine‑learning and automation solutions within a finance context.
• Ability to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions and to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
