Manager Sales & Services (B2B) – South

About the role

People Perfect is seeking a senior sales leader to drive revenue growth across its HR outsourcing portfolio. You will own client relationships, lead a sales team, and shape the strategy for expanding market share in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets for Training & Development, Consulting Services, Employee Outsourcing, Process Outsourcing and Recruitment through new business acquisition and market expansion.
• Lead strategy and planning, preparing annual budgets, forecasts and quarterly performance reviews for senior management.
• Build and maintain a prospect database using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ensure timely handling of inbound leads via Bitrix.
• Retain key accounts, resolve client issues, cross‑sell services and optimise pricing to increase wallet share.
• Oversee contract renewals, compliance documentation and ensure adherence to SOPs and SLAs.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of progressive sales, business development or client relationship experience, preferably in HR outsourcing or B2B services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving new business acquisition.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and forecasting skills with the ability to lead high‑performing sales teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Bitrix or Salesforce.
• Proficiency with sales intelligence tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
