Marketing & Communications Specialist

About the role

EnergyLIB is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to drive its growth in Pakistan. Working closely with global marketing, local sales teams and partners, you will translate global strategies into effective local marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and localise global marketing strategies, campaigns and content for the Pakistani market.
• Support new product launches and market‑entry activities, translating technical features into clear customer‑friendly messages.
• Develop and localise customer‑facing materials such as websites, social media content, brochures, product presentations and point‑of‑sale tools.
• Support local PR activities, including media relations, press releases, KOL engagement and agency coordination.
• Collaborate with distributors, dealers, installers and sales partners on local marketing and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, roadshows and dealer events, handling logistics and on‑site execution.
• Manage agencies, vendors and external partners as required.
• Independently manage assigned marketing projects, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, agency or product marketing.
• Proven ability to independently manage marketing projects from planning to delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
• Good understanding of integrated marketing across content, PR, digital, events and partner channels.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with strong project‑management skills in a fast‑moving international environment.
• Ability to quickly grasp product details and translate technical information into clear, engaging messages.
