Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager

About the role

Success Factor is a leading student consultancy helping learners access international education. We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Executive or Manager to design and execute strategies that attract student leads and strengthen our brand in the education sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run marketing campaigns to generate student leads for study‑abroad programs.
• Manage digital channels including social media, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and website promotions.
• Plan and host seminars, webinars, workshops, and recruitment events.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and corporate partners.
• Coordinate promotional activities with foreign institutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and student preferences to refine strategies.
• Oversee branding assets such as brochures, banners, and promotional content.
• Analyze performance reports, conversion ratios, and ROI.
• Collaborate with counselors and admissions teams for lead management.
• Prepare annual marketing budgets and ensure cost‑effective spending.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience for an Executive role or 4+ years for a Manager role.
• Strong analytical, communication, time‑management and creativity skills.
• Experience in education consultancy is a plus.
