Marketing Intern

About the role

Usermaven is an AI-powered marketing attribution platform that helps marketing teams understand which initiatives drive pipeline and revenue, serving B2B SaaS companies, agencies and ecommerce brands. It combines marketing attribution, website and product analytics, CRM data and customer journey insights in one system. The Marketing Intern role is full-time and on-site in Islamabad, supporting the marketing team in running campaigns, researching the market and competitors, and analysing performance data from the Usermaven platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and conducting market and competitor research
• Analyse performance data from the Usermaven platform
• Assist with content creation and coordinate social media activities
• Prepare reports and support lead generation efforts
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to keep messaging consistent and outreach effective

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and external marketing materials
• Market research skills to gather, analyse and interpret data on competitors, industries and customers
• Sales and customer service skills to support outreach and help maintain customer relationships
• Marketing strategy skills to contribute ideas for campaigns, positioning and go-to-market plans
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle several tasks in a fast pace; interest in AI, data analytics and B2B SaaS is a plus
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is preferred

Required skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, content marketing)
• Basic familiarity with analytics tools is beneficial
