Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to lead the end‑to‑end execution of our brand and digital presence from our Lahore office. You will drive email, social, SEO, and content initiatives that keep our accounting firm top of mind for SMB owners and referral partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write and deploy monthly email newsletters, tax alerts and client communications; manage and segment the email database.
• Administer email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar), monitor deliverability, open rates, click‑throughs and conversions.
• Own the firm’s LinkedIn presence and manage Facebook, Instagram and YouTube with platform‑specific content calendars.
• Create thought‑leadership pieces for partners and produce blog posts, case studies and client guides.
• Maintain and grow the WordPress website, perform on‑page SEO, keyword research and internal linking.
• Ensure visual identity and brand voice consistency across all touchpoints.
• Track KPIs (email engagement, social reach, website traffic, lead generation) and deliver a monthly marketing dashboard.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on marketing experience, especially email and social media.
• Strong English writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.

• Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact (email platforms).
• LinkedIn, Hootsuite, Buffer (social scheduling tools).
• Canva (minimum), Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
• WordPress website management.
• Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics (tracking).
