Social Media Advertising Executive

About the role

Zakhira Traders, a Rawalpindi-based garments e-commerce business selling branded Western clothing online, is looking for a creative, motivated Social Media Advertising Executive. The role grows awareness and online sales while supporting customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth. It is based in Rawalpindi and suits someone who combines creative judgment with data-driven execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage paid social media campaigns promoting apparel products and seasonal offers.
• Develop fashion-focused ad content, including copy, creative concepts and campaign briefs aligned with the brand.
• Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns using audience targeting, budgets, placements and performance data.
• Track reach, engagement, clicks, conversions and return on advertising spend, and prepare clear performance reports.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce and product teams so campaigns match inventory, product launches and customer needs.
• Monitor social trends, competitor activity and campaign results, and recommend practical improvements.

Required profile

• Practical experience planning, launching and optimising paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Strong advertising copywriting and creative briefing skills, with an eye for apparel, styling and visual presentation.
• Comfort interpreting campaign metrics, preparing reports and turning results into actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of e-commerce customer journeys, product promotion and social media content calendars.
• Organised project coordination, attention to detail and clear communication with internal teams.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social platforms used for fashion and e-commerce promotion.
• Ability to define audiences, manage campaign budgets, test creative variations and improve conversion performance.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of PKR 30,000 to 80,000.
