Marketing Operations Leader – Team Management

About the role

We are a fast‑growing outsourcing company serving US‑based property‑management clients. We are looking for a Marketing Operations Leader to manage a 50‑plus member team, streamline execution, improve client experience, and scale operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cross‑functional marketing team, set KPIs, and ensure on‑time project delivery.
• Structure departments, implement SOPs, workflows, and reporting systems.
• Oversee client onboarding, define scopes, handle escalations, and improve client retention.
• Supervise delivery of GHL setup & automations, CRM pipeline management, social media & paid campaigns, website & landing‑page development, SEO & content strategy, graphics/video production, lead generation, and appointment‑setting systems.
• Build automation templates, scalable systems, and training frameworks to boost operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven experience handling US‑based clients.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and automation tools, especially Go High Level.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and large teams.
• Leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills with a KPI‑driven, process‑oriented mindset.
