Media Buyer – Meta Ads (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a Media Buyer to own paid media strategy and execution for 2‑3 client accounts, focusing on Meta advertising. The role works remotely during EST business hours and collaborates with designers and account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts, ensuring timely, error‑free launches.
• Develop paid media strategies aligned with client goals, budgets, and performance targets.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with designers to create high‑performing ad creatives and campaign concepts.
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for research, reporting, creative ideation, and execution.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Experience with Shopify‑based e‑commerce brands.
• Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and make data‑driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Availability to work remotely during EST business hours (9 am–6 pm, Mon‑Fri).
