Multi-Head Embroidery Puncher & Traveller / Digitizer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Head Embroidery Puncher & Traveller / Digitizer to manage the full technical embroidery process in a fast‑paced commercial textile environment. You will work closely with production teams and external vendors to ensure designs are executed accurately at scale while maintaining high quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Convert artwork, logos and designs into machine‑readable formats such as .DST and .EMB.
• Digitize and punch designs using Wilcom, Tajima, Pulse or similar software, selecting appropriate stitch types and setting technical parameters.
• Optimize designs for various fabrics (lawn, chiffon, denim, leather, etc.) and map efficient stitch sequences.
• Set up and align multi‑head embroidery machines, oversee production runs and troubleshoot issues like puckering, thread breaks and tension problems.
• Coordinate with external embroidery vendors and factory units, calibrate machinery and ensure mass‑production output matches approved samples.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience as an embroidery puncher, digitizer or traveller in a commercial textile or fashion setting.
• Strong knowledge of multi‑head embroidery machines, needles, threads, fabric tension and stitch density.
• Proven ability to work closely with factory teams and external vendors, with willingness to travel between production sites.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent quality in mass production.
