Network Administrator

About the role

Medical Devices (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage the end‑to‑end IT infrastructure of its manufacturing facility. You will ensure reliable connectivity, secure network operations, and timely support for all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, administer and maintain LAN/WAN, switching, routing, Wi‑Fi, and CCTV networks.
• Design and implement network models for expansion, capacity planning, segmentation, redundancy and secure access.
• Manage servers, storage, email services, VPN/remote access and perform routine health monitoring.
• Enforce cybersecurity controls including firewalls, endpoint protection, access control, authentication, patching and incident response.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support, oversee hardware installation/repairs and maintain preventive‑maintenance inventories.
• Standardize OS/software deployments, patch management and maintain accurate technical documentation (IP/VLAN schemes, topology, inventories, configuration backups).
• Produce periodic performance, uptime, security and asset reports and support procurement with technical specifications and vendor evaluations.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Network Administration and Network Security.
• Proven experience in System Administration and IT hardware/software infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA or MCSE are a plus.
