Nursing Manager

About the role

Central Park Teaching Hospital in Lahore seeks an experienced Nursing Manager to lead a team of five nursing professionals. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality patient care while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and supervise a team of five nurses, overseeing scheduling, workload distribution and resource allocation.
• Develop, implement and monitor nursing policies, procedures and protocols in line with Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council standards.
• Coordinate nursing services to optimise patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
• Conduct performance evaluations, support professional development and manage recruitment, orientation and training of new staff.
• Manage clinical documentation, reporting, budget and procurement of nursing supplies.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing with valid Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council registration.
• 7‑10 years of nursing experience, including 3‑5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong organisational, leadership and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of nursing administration and healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency in staff scheduling, performance management and budget oversight.
