About the role
We are seeking an experienced US Medical Billing & Prior Authorization Manager to lead our US billing operations from Lahore. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end billing, prior authorizations, insurance verification and payer follow‑ups while building a high‑performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of US medical billing, prior authorization submissions, eligibility verification and claim follow‑up.
- Supervise a team, allocate tasks, monitor productivity and conduct performance reviews.
- Develop and enforce SOPs, monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, denial rates and claim resolution.
- Prepare regular operational reports and coordinate with internal departments and healthcare providers.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on US medical billing experience, including prior authorization and benefits verification.
- Proven experience leading or training a billing team.
- Strong knowledge of US payer requirements, HIPAA compliance and claim management.
