About the role

As a Nutrition Specialist focusing on infant nutrition for Nestlé in Karachi, you will act as a trusted scientific partner for healthcare professionals, delivering evidence‑based information that complies with the WHO Code and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain value‑driven relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals through scheduled engagements.
• Provide scientific detailing on Nestlé infant nutrition products, emphasizing features, benefits and appropriate usage while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Execute territory plans to achieve optimal coverage, engagement frequency and measurable impact.
• Drive ethical market‑share growth within the legitimate prescription space, respecting the prohibition on direct promotion to pregnant women or mothers.
• Plan and deliver scientific activities such as group presentations, speaker sessions and round‑table discussions.
• Support Nestlé’s participation in medical conferences and professional forums.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of all HCP interactions using CRM systems.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity and prescribing trends to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align communication objectives and ensure proper handling of company assets.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in nutrition or pharmaceutical detailing.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence healthcare professionals.
• Track record of working independently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience organizing scientific engagements or medical activities.
• Strong communication, planning and execution capabilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive and accountable approach.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the WHO Code on Breast‑Milk Substitutes and local regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to record interactions.
