Office Assistant (SDBRC)

About the role

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is recruiting on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA) for an Office Assistant. NAFSA is being set up as a national initiative to strengthen Pakistan's agri-trade ecosystem through better regulation, facilitation and modernisation of food safety and trade processes. The selected person will join NAFSA's founding team and work on-site in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for surveillance, diagnostics and business registration documentation, including filing and correspondence tracking.
• Maintain registers and support data entry for inspection and sampling documentation under supervision.
• Support meeting logistics, record management and routine office administration.
• Maintain confidentiality of regulatory and diagnostic information.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the reporting officer in support of NAFSA's mandate.

Required profile

• Minimum Intermediate (twelve years of education) or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant office support experience.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Record-keeping skills.
