About the role
The Officer Joint Shop will ensure service quality, customer satisfaction and compliance with SOPs, mystery‑shopping assessments and shop service standards. The role also drives commercial targets, improves operational efficiency and develops team capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain service quality standards and SOP compliance to enhance customer experience.
- Optimize operational processes, resource utilization and turnaround times for greater efficiency.
- Achieve revenue and sales targets, contributing to overall business results.
- Monitor compliance framework and implement corrective actions as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree from an HEC‑recognised institute.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and research skills.
