About the role
The Officer Joint Shop will ensure service quality, customer satisfaction and compliance with SOPs, while driving commercial and revenue targets for PTCL in Nawabshah.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain service quality standards and SOP compliance to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Improve service efficiency by optimizing processes, resource utilization and turnaround times.
- Achieve commercial targets through revenue growth and sales performance.
- Strengthen knowledge management via continuous learning and product/process updates.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree from an HEC‑recognized institute.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and research skills.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM software or related experience.
