Outbound Calling Consultant - US Market (Overnight)

About the role

ABS International, a direct US principal operating since 2009 with a team of over 200 professionals, is expanding its overnight sales operations and is looking for an Outbound Sales Consultant for its US-facing team. The market, clients and compensation structure are the same as on the day shift; only the hours differ. The position is permanent and on-site in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Engage US-based prospects and existing customers through structured outbound calls
• Understand customer needs, present offerings, handle objections and close opportunities
• Work within a live US CRM environment with defined weekly targets
• Receive daily coaching and full visibility of individual performance

Required profile

• Prior experience in outbound sales, telesales or BPO is preferred
• Fluent spoken and written English for daily conversations with US customers
• Self-directed and results-oriented, able to manage your own call pipeline
• Availability for on-site shifts Monday to Saturday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
