Packaging & Development Manager

About the role

L’Oréal is seeking a Packaging & Development Manager for its Consumer Products Division in Pakistan. Based in Lahore with regular travel to the Sheikupura factory, you will lead the creation and launch of innovative packaging solutions that align with brand vision and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new product launches from concept through commercial production.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sourcing—to ensure on‑time delivery and industrial readiness.
• Partner with suppliers and designers to develop best‑in‑class packaging, manage technical specifications, and oversee testing.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and lead localization of finished goods, packaging, and raw materials.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or related technical background.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging development or technical project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of packaging materials, design, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent attention to quality and compliance standards.
