Paid Ads Specialist (Remote, Pakistan)

About the role

A UK-based digital marketing agency serving e-commerce, SaaS and non-profit clients is looking for a sharp, AI-fluent Paid Ads Specialist based in Pakistan. You will join the UK team, attend calls and deliver reports, while the time-zone gap is covered by structured async communication and clear deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads for UK clients
• Manage full-funnel strategy from cold audience awareness through retargeting and conversion
• Oversee Google Tag Manager setup, event tracking and conversion API integrations, and ensure data flows between Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and client CRMs
• Use AI tools daily for copy, personas and creative angles, and for AI-assisted ad creative development and performance prediction
• Use visual AI tools for rapid concept testing and competitor-ad tools for trend monitoring
• Run A/B and multivariate tests on copy, creatives, CTAs and landing pages, and interpret campaign data weekly
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports in clear, professional English, and attend weekly video calls with the UK team

Required profile

• 2-3 years of hands-on paid advertising experience with provable results (bring ROAS, CPL and CPA numbers to the interview)
• Comfortable managing several client accounts at once and self-disciplined when working remotely
• Willingness to work UK business hours (9am-6pm GMT, Monday to Friday) and to be on video calls with camera on
• Strong written English, as reports are read by UK clients

Required skills

• Solid command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; TikTok Ads experience is a strong advantage
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4 and conversion tracking
• Daily active use of AI tools in a paid media context (will be tested)
• Full-funnel thinking and ability to pivot campaigns same day when data demands it
