About the role

4Arcs Consulting is a digital marketing agency based in Rawalpindi that helps small businesses, mainly in the US market, grow through social media, SEO, website design and paid ads. It is expanding its team and is looking for a Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts for clients and the company, with a focus on content for the US market. The role involves planning, scheduling and publishing content, engaging with audiences and reporting on results.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms for clients and the company
• Manage daily audience engagement, including comments and direct messages
• Develop growth strategies aligned with US market trends
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars
• Track, analyze and report on key social media metrics
• Check profiles regularly so posts, captions and schedules are accurate
• Research trends, new formats and platform updates
• Coordinate with the content writer, graphic designer and video editor

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience managing social media accounts
• Understanding of US market audience behavior and content trends
• Ability to manage multiple accounts at the same time
• Good attention to detail and accountability for work
• Ability to work onsite in Rawalpindi

Required skills

• Experience with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite
• Strong written communication skills in English

What we offer

• Salary of Rs.75,000 per month, based on experience
• Working hours of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
