About the role

Columbus Medical Technology Solutions (CMTS) provides medical administrative support services such as scheduling, reporting and patient care coordination for healthcare organizations. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Patient Service Representative in Karachi, near Paradise Bakery on Abu Al Hasan Isphani Road. The role focuses on administrative and communication support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to patient inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer support
• Assist with appointments
• Contribute to company standards and protocols

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service certification is advantageous
• Experience in the healthcare or medical field is a plus
• Candidates with clinical qualifications such as medical doctors are considered overqualified and asked not to apply

• Strong customer service, customer support and customer relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and a proactive approach to customer issues
• Proficiency with standard office tools and technology

The working hours are 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM PST, and the starting salary is PKR 55,000 depending on experience.
