People & Culture Specialist

About the role

The Plum Tree Group is seeking a People & Culture Specialist to support its HR and operations functions. This full‑time, evening‑shift position will be based onsite in Karachi and is open to female candidates. You will help maintain HR records, assist with recruitment, and contribute to the smooth running of daily administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update internal HR databases with accurate employee information, including contact details, documents, and onboarding forms.
• Screen resumes and application forms for current hiring needs.
• Schedule, coordinate, and confirm interviews across multiple teams.
• Post and update the company’s official LinkedIn page.
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, onboarding kits, and policy acknowledgments.
• Support new‑hire onboarding formalities and orientation activities.
• Distribute and educate employees on company policies both digitally and physically.
• Coordinate daily administrative and operational tasks to support HR and department leads.
• Assist in organizing company‑wide events, training sessions, and career fairs.
• Maintain documentation related to operations, attendance, and office processes.
• Facilitate communication and task coordination across cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to process‑improvement and operational‑efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Basic understanding of full‑cycle recruitment and HR processes.
