People Operations Executive

About the role

The People Operations Executive will manage end‑to‑end HR operations for DigiKhata, a fintech startup based in Faisalabad. This full‑time, on‑site position supports recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and performance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and support hiring managers.
• Manage onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
• Handle HR documentation, ensure policy compliance, and assist with payroll and benefits data.
• Respond to employee queries promptly and confidentially.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to foster a positive work culture.
• Organise internal communications and employee activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of people‑related processes.

Required profile

• Strong HR administration and people‑operations experience.
• Experience in recruitment support and onboarding coordination.
• Ability to assist with payroll, benefits, attendance tracking, and HR reporting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications a plus.
• Organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in a startup, fintech, or technology‑driven environment is advantageous.
