About the role

Lakhani Builders is hiring an in-house Performance Marketer in Karachi to join its marketing team and own how buyers discover its luxury projects through paid channels. The goal is to turn ad spend into qualified enquiries, site visits and bookings.

Key responsibilities

Plan, run and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google and YouTube
Manage budgets and keep cost per qualified lead on target
Test audiences, landing pages and creatives
Set up conversion tracking and CRM-linked reporting
Share clear weekly and monthly reports with sales and leadership

Required profile

4+ years in performance marketing
Proven Karachi real estate lead generation experience
Past campaigns you can back with numbers
Understanding of high-ticket buyers and how to filter serious enquiries
