Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven and analytical Performance Marketing Executive to accelerate the growth of our mobile games portfolio. You will manage, optimize, and analyze paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily User Acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Mintegral, AppLovin, and other paid channels.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics including Spend, CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, Retention, and LTV.
• Handle campaign setup, budget allocation, bid adjustments, targeting, and ongoing optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and ROI improvements.
• Monitor ad creative performance, collaborate with the Creative Team, and run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and other variables.
• Conduct competitor, market, and ad creative research to spot emerging trends.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Game Teams to align UA strategies with game growth objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing, preferably in mobile apps or gaming.
• Hands‑on experience managing and optimizing paid user acquisition campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Good communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
