Post-Press Operations Manager

About the role

Printkraft is looking for an experienced Post-Press Operations Manager in Faisalabad. The role covers day-to-day post-press operations, production planning, equipment upkeep, quality inspection and staff supervision, working closely with quality control and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily post-press operations to keep workflows and production schedules running efficiently.
• Develop and implement production plans that meet strict delivery deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain post-press equipment through preventive maintenance and quick troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Carry out finishing quality inspections and controls so products meet established standards.
• Analyse OEE and other performance data to find opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead waste reduction and process optimisation to boost productivity and cost efficiency.
• Supervise and train staff on operational procedures, machinery use and safety protocols.
• Work with quality control and production departments to keep packaging quality high.
• Use ERP and Microsoft Office tools to generate reports, track production metrics and support planning.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the post-press department.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in printing and packaging, including 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, waste reduction techniques and packaging quality assurance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
