Principal Consultant Dynamics 365 CRM

About the role

ITKnocks is seeking an experienced Principal Consultant for Dynamics 365 CRM to lead technical delivery and mentor a team of consultants and developers in Karachi. The role combines deep technical expertise with client‑facing responsibilities, including workshops and solution design.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5‑10 consultants and developers, ensuring quality across all project phases.
• Conduct client workshops and discovery sessions to translate business needs into Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and Power Platform components (Model‑Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate).
• Oversee data migration, integration setup (APIs, Azure Logic Apps, middleware) and solution deployments.
• Maintain best practices in code quality, ALM, DevOps, and solution architecture, and provide structured reviews and documentation.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and related technologies.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing multi‑phase CRM projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage international clients (Australia, US, UK).
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are preferred.
