Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will own the end‑to‑end procurement function for finished goods, components and parts across Nysonian’s NOBL Travel and FLO Pilates brands. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures uninterrupted supply, cost optimisation and data‑driven decision making in a fast‑growing international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement and sourcing activities for finished goods, raw materials, packaging and operational supplies, aligning with business growth objectives.
• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies, supplier segmentation frameworks and onboarding initiatives.
• Drive cost optimisation through strategic negotiations, value engineering, MOQ optimisation and commercial term improvements.
• Establish and manage a Supplier Performance Management Program with scorecards, reviews and corrective actions.
• Build and maintain real‑time procurement dashboards covering purchase orders, production status, shipments, savings and inventory coverage.
• Oversee PO management, supplier production tracking, documentation compliance and alignment with demand plans.
• Partner with Planning, Logistics, Finance, Product Development and Operations to support inventory availability and new product launches.
• Lead procurement reporting, KPI governance and process standardisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing and procurement planning within an international, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills combined with analytical capabilities.
