Procurement Specialist – End-to-End Procurement Officer

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Procurement Specialist to manage end‑to‑end foreign and local procurement order fulfilment across assigned plants. You will ensure high‑quality, cost‑efficient purchasing and on‑time delivery of materials, playing a critical role in our supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Fetch and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) with approved budgets and generate RFQs according to sourcing strategy.
• Arrange quotations, prepare comparative statements and share them with end users for technical evaluation.
• Utilise e‑bidding platforms, negotiate commercial terms, and support high‑value negotiations.
• Create accurate Purchase Orders, coordinate financial instruments (LC, CAD, Advance) with Finance, and manage supplier payments.
• Liaise with end users, finance and logistics for smooth import/export movements and resolve material rejections.
• Maintain order‑fulfilment cycle status (PR to MRR) and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Consolidate PRs to optimise costs and ensure compliance with EHS policies.

Required profile

• BBA, B.Sc. or B.E. from an HEC‑recognised university.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement and supply‑chain functions.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiation and order management.
• Familiarity with financial instruments (LC, CAD) and import/export procedures is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience using e‑bidding platforms.
