Product Manager – Account Services

About the role

The GTB Account Services Product Manager will support the Liquidity Management Head in delivering day‑to‑day operational, analytical and administrative tasks. This position offers exposure to liquidity products, corporate banking operations and the development of a broad portfolio of corporate account services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the corporate account services product line and define its strategy and vision.
• Develop and drive the product roadmap for various account types, including current, escrow, client money, Vostro, Islamic, stablecoin and digital asset accounts.
• Own the end‑to‑end corporate account opening journey, from onboarding and documentation to digital enablement across markets.
• Define, track and report on portfolio KPIs, SLAs, pricing frameworks and P&L performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate international coverage and align account services across jurisdictions.
• Redesign governance processes and create policies for corporate accounts.
• Run marketing campaigns to increase corporate account acquisition in key markets.
• Collaborate with technology and project teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
