Project Coordinator

About the role

A digital product team in Johar Town, Lahore is looking for an organised, proactive Project Coordinator to act as the link between designers, developers, the product manager and content writers. The coordinator keeps projects moving smoothly from idea to launch, so every team member knows what to do, when and why.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily between designers, developers, the product manager and content writers to deliver projects on time
• Turn product requirements into clear tasks, timelines and assignments
• Manage the workflow from content to design to development to review to launch
• Make sure designers and content writers deliver assets on time so developers are not blocked
• Track tasks, deadlines and progress in project management tools
• Run stand-ups, sprint planning and review meetings, and share notes and action items
• Gather feedback and revisions from stakeholders and route them to the right team member
• Identify blockers, dependencies and risks early and help resolve them
• Keep briefs, design files, content documents and specs organised and accessible
• Share regular status updates with the product manager and leadership
• Support QA and launch checklists so everything is ready before release

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Associate or in a similar role in a digital, tech or marketing team
• Hands-on experience working with designers, developers and content teams
• Basic understanding of the design and development process (wireframes, UI/UX, development sprints, QA)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Problem-solver who follows up without being reminded

Required skills

• Project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp or Monday.com
• Google Workspace or MS Office, Slack and Figma (viewing and commenting)
• Nice to have: Agile or Scrum experience, work with US or international teams, website/app or digital marketing project background, and a project management certification (CAPM, PMP or Scrum)
