Project Document Controller

About the role

Ericsson is seeking a Project Document Controller to act as the bridge between internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth handling, coordination, and tracking of project documentation from acceptance through invoicing and customer approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit BOQs for offshore and onshore purchase orders and track their approvals.
• Convert approved BOQs into ERP PAT format and upload via WEBADI on iSupplier.
• Monitor ERP PAT uploads, customer approvals, PAC/FAC, and GRN status.
• Maintain the Acceptance Progress Tracker and prepare invoice worksheets based on received GRNs.
• Review invoices for errors, compile invoicing documents, and resolve billing inquiries.
• Coordinate invoice verification with customers, obtain signed invoices, and submit them to Finance for iSupplier upload.
• Submit shipping documents per import contracts and manage aged invoices and payment follow‑up.
• Update invoicing trackers, perform old project closure reconciliation, and report billing milestones.
• Collaborate with Customer Project Managers, Implementation Managers, customers, and ASPs to ensure timely documentation and invoicing.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
• 5–7 years of project management experience with invoicing and acceptance responsibilities.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and travel to project sites when required.
