Project Engineer – Control & Relay (CNR)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead Control & Relay (CNR) projects, from order hand‑over to final delivery. The Project Engineer will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality electrical solutions for substation automation and protection systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CNR projects through all phases, from order hand‑over to successful completion.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, production, testing, quality and site teams to meet project schedules.
• Review technical specifications, drawings and customer requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, progress reports and documentation.
• Organise and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and assist site activities when required.
• Identify project risks, variations and opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE and company procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical projects, switchgear manufacturing or project coordination; 5–8 years preferred for CNR, protection systems or substation automation expertise.
