Project Manager – Analytics (Financial Services)

About the role

The Project Manager – Analytics will lead consulting and analytics projects for banking and financial services clients. You will manage end‑to‑end delivery, conduct industry research, and develop data‑driven solutions that support product innovation and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analytics‑driven projects focused on digital banking trends, market dynamics, and financial ecosystems in Pakistan and globally.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget while coordinating with senior analytics team members and client stakeholders.
• Conduct in‑depth research on the banking sector, regulatory landscape, and digital banking systems to generate actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Policy or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in project management within financial services, consulting or fintech, with a strong understanding of banking metrics and industry KPIs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools for developing compelling narratives.
