Project Manager & Delivery Lead

About the role

AURMAK is seeking a Project Manager / Delivery Lead to ensure project delivery is visible, structured, and progressing. Based in Lahore, you will act as the bridge between delivery teams and senior leadership, overseeing project plans, Jira administration, and Microsoft 365 operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project delivery for client work and internal initiatives, maintaining clear plans, timelines, risks and status updates.
• Own Jira configuration, boards, tickets, workflows, sprint tracking and delivery reporting.
• Coordinate team workloads, follow‑ups, blockers, handovers and delivery commitments.
• Prepare structured leadership updates covering progress, risks, blockers and decisions.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding, including new user setup and access management in Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams.
• Maintain documentation, meeting notes, action logs and internal process visibility.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, project management, delivery management or operations.
• Proven ability to work with developers, designers, commercial teams and senior leadership.
• Strong organisational and follow‑up discipline with excellent written and verbal English.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership across multiple priorities.
