Project Manager (E-Book Only)

About the role

Innovatix Hub, a Pakistan-based digital agency offering branding, web design, UI/UX, SaaS development, SEO, SMM, PPC and mobile app services, is hiring a full-time, on-site Project Manager (E-Book Only) in the Karachi division. The role manages e-book projects end to end, from planning timelines and defining scope to coordinating resources and delivering on time.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with writers, designers, editors and other stakeholders to align e-book content, design and formatting with client requirements and brand guidelines.
• Track project progress, manage documentation and handle expediting activities to resolve bottlenecks.
• Conduct quality checks on deliverables and communicate regularly with clients, reporting on milestones.
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and consistency in e-book production.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing digital content or e-book projects in an agency or product-focused setting is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills, able to work in an on-site team.

Required skills

• Project management: planning, scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
• Expeditor and expediting functions to monitor progress and remove delays.
• Inspection processes to review content, design and formatting for quality and compliance.
• Logistics management for file organization, version control and handoffs between teams.
• Project management tools such as Trello, Asana or Jira, and basic knowledge of digital publishing workflows.
