Project Manager - Supply Chain Implementations (Onsite, Karachi)

About the role

The role involves leading end‑to‑end supply chain implementation projects for clients in Karachi. You will act as the main liaison between client stakeholders and internal product teams, ensuring successful go‑live and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage customer implementation projects, defining scope, timelines, milestones and go‑live readiness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders across operations, warehousing, logistics, IT and management.
• Map client warehouse and logistics processes and translate them into clear requirements for the product team.
• Coordinate with clients and internal product and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and post‑go‑live support.
• Track project risks, scope changes, and overall progress, providing regular updates to clients and internal leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing implementation or operations projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior client stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation and order fulfilment.
• Hands‑on experience with supply chain tools such as WMS, TMS or ERP supply chain modules.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• A software engineering background is not required.
