About the role
Atheneum is seeking a Project Manager to lead its Surveys team. You will oversee custom survey projects for consulting and life‑sciences clients, ensuring timely delivery, data quality, and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage survey research projects end‑to‑end, including timelines, communications, data review, and revenue reporting.
- Design research and recruitment strategies for assigned projects.
- Oversee project profitability and work to increase conversion rates.
- Ensure full compliance and identify opportunities to improve resource utilization.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in market research, commercial, or business development roles, preferably with multinational clients.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
