Project Manager - Wealth Management

About the role

The Project Manager in Wealth Management oversees the planning, execution and delivery of digital initiatives within the wealth management division. The role works closely with product owners, developers, technology, compliance, marketing and senior management to deliver projects on time, within scope and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables for new initiatives with squad members and stakeholders.
• Create executive summaries and lead the RFP process for vendor finalization, including FX and crypto trading platforms and investment engagement tools.
• Develop detailed user stories with timelines and dependencies, and keep backlogs up to date.
• Secure internal and external approvals and work with Product owners to ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard.
• Monitor progress, report regularly to the Senior Product owner with status, metrics and risks, and run post-launch evaluations.
• Lead vendor selection, negotiate and review contracts, coordinate onboarding, and maintain SLAs and vendor performance tracking.
• Document outcomes and prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in an agile environment within financial services, preferably wealth management.
• Experience with crypto and FX trading platforms.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products, services and industry regulations.

Required skills

• Agile management tools such as Azure and JIRA.
• Agile management certification is highly desirable.
• Analytical, organizational and time-management skills, with strong communication and leadership abilities.
