Project Planning Engineer

About the role

Albario Engineering is seeking a full‑time Project Planning Engineer to join the Riko Diq Copper Mine project in Balochistan. The role focuses on creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other planning tools.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and report performance against milestones.
• Perform cost control and financial analysis to keep the project within budget.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation measures, and ensure timely execution of corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align planning, scheduling, and control activities.
• Prepare regular reports on schedule status, cost performance, and risk exposure.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and control, preferably in EPC or power‑plant construction.
• Certifications such as PMP or Primavera are advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
