Property Operation Associate

About the role

Forum BPO is hiring a Property Operation Associate for its Rawalpindi team. The role covers the end-to-end tenant and property fulfilment process, from preparing property listings and answering enquiries through viewings, tenant referencing, tenancy agreements and move-in coordination. It is a full-time position based in Rawalpindi, working shifts from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage property listings on platforms such as Gumtree and OpenRent, writing clear descriptions and preparing listing details.
• Respond to tenant enquiries, share relevant property information and arrange viewing appointments.
• Coordinate property viewings and keep prospective tenants and other parties informed of schedules and updates.
• Support tenant referencing by collecting and organizing required information and tracking progress.
• Prepare and coordinate tenancy agreement documentation so records are complete and accurate.
• Assist with move-in arrangements and follow up on outstanding fulfilment steps.
• Maintain organized property and tenant records and provide professional, timely communication throughout the process.

Required profile

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication for handling tenant enquiries and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Strong organization and follow-through across multiple properties, enquiries, viewings and tenancy milestones.
• Ability to write accurate, appealing property descriptions and keep listing information consistent.
• Attention to detail when collecting referencing information and coordinating tenancy agreements.
• Scheduling and coordination skills for arranging viewings and move-in activities.
• Customer-service approach, sound judgment, discretion with personal information and a calm, professional manner.
• Ability to prioritize work and keep records and follow-ups up to date during the 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. shift.

Required skills

• Comfort using online property platforms and web-based tools; experience with Gumtree or OpenRent is an advantage.
