Public Relations & HNWI Relationship Officer

About the role

We are looking for a confident, well‑connected Public Relations Officer to represent Forecast Immigration Law Firm and build relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, entrepreneurs, investors and business leaders. The role focuses on expanding our premium clientele for international Citizenship & Residency by Investment services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional one‑on‑one meetings with HNWIs, investors, entrepreneurs and business owners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and influential business networks.
• Understand clients' global mobility objectives and introduce suitable Citizenship & Residency by Investment opportunities.
• Represent the firm at corporate meetings, networking events, business forums and exclusive gatherings.
• Generate qualified referrals and business opportunities through strategic networking.
• Coordinate with senior immigration advisors to arrange detailed consultations and facilitate client conversions.
• Promote the firm's reputation, credibility and services within premium business circles.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups, meeting records and relationship development activities through CRM.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Confident personality with a professional corporate appearance.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Ability to engage comfortably with CEOs, business owners, investors and senior executives.
• Prior experience in public relations, business development, luxury real estate, private banking, wealth management or premium client services is preferred.
• Existing connections within HNWI and business communities are a significant advantage.
• Strong command of English and Urdu.
