QA/QC Manager – Digital Energy Meter Manufacturing

About the role

Accurate Pvt. Ltd., a leading digital energy meter manufacturer, is looking for a seasoned QA/QC Manager to lead quality initiatives across its production lines in Sundar Industrial Estate, Raiwind, Lahore. The role focuses on ensuring that all digital meters, PCB assemblies, and related components meet stringent technical and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all QA and QC activities throughout the manufacturing process.
• Develop, implement, and maintain procedures aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and company standards.
• Conduct Incoming, In‑Process, and Final Quality Control inspections on digital meters, PCBs, mechanical parts, and electrical components.
• Perform functional, electrical, dimensional, and visual inspections using calibrated test equipment.
• Investigate product failures, carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Prepare quality reports, non‑conformance records, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Design, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and train QA/QC inspectors and production staff.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• BSc in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7–8 years of QA/QC experience in electronics manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Hands‑on experience in digital energy meter production, PCB assembly (SMT/THT), or electrical equipment manufacturing.
