About the role

Vision Consultancy is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at its Islamabad office. This full‑time, on‑site position involves greeting guests, handling phone calls, and supporting smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Answer, direct, and manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring accurate calendar management.
• Handle general inquiries and guide callers to the appropriate staff member.
• Maintain a tidy, organized reception area and manage mail distribution.
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office workflow.

Required profile

• Strong phone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly.
• Experience with core receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing appointments.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full‑time on‑site in Islamabad.
