Recruitment Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Executive to lead end‑to‑end hiring for technical and business operations positions. The role focuses on IT infrastructure, NOC/SOC, and non‑technical functions such as finance, HR, and marketing within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical and non‑technical roles, including NOC, SOC, IT support, and business operations.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain clear candidate communication.
• Update candidate records, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold employer branding standards.
• Meet monthly recruitment targets and hiring timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment, preferably with NOC, SOC, or networking roles.
• Experience hiring for business operations or non‑technical positions.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
